Due to the heat advisory from 12:00-7:00 today June 21st, we are moving 8U practice back an hour so it will now be 7:00–8:00. Bring plenty of water! #kaspanthers
Due to the high heat index and advisory during the middle of the day we are cancelling the softball games for today, June 21st. We have contacted North Crawford’s coach and we will be rescheduling the game to Monday, July 18th. Once we confirm our other times, we will post the updated July schedule.
Our area is currently under a tornado watch until 10pm. Our risk of severe weather was just upgraded to a 4 out of 5 by the NWS. Due to this risk, practice for 8U & t-ball will be cancelled for tonight, June 15th. Stay safe and stay alert!

The 12u and 10u games scheduled for this afternoon at Readstown versus De Soto are canceled due to the impending weather forecast. Safety is our biggest concern with the threat of lightning , high winds, hail, and the possibility of tornadoes.

Summer Baseball - 10u, 12u, and 14u games at La Farge are canceled today.
Softball practice is still on for today, June 13. If it starts raining on us, we will move inside. Have tennis shoes with in case we do.
Due to gym space and field conditions, 8U practice is cancelled for tonight. We will resume practice next week on Tuesday and Wednesday for 8U and t-ball will also meet Wednesday for their first practice. If you still need registration sheets they will be available next week.
Regular softball practice for today June 8th is cancelled due to rain. Anyone interested in pitching and/or catching should show up during their normal practice time and report to the elementary gym.
The Travel Club Trip to Devils Lake has been postponed to June 13 - 15 due to weather. Student travelers should check their emails for updates!
Anyone with a student (boys and girls) entering 2nd or 3rd grade who is interested in the 8U summer program should plan to be at practice tomorrow night from 6-7 at the softball field on the upper playground at school. We’ve been made aware that not everyone received the paperwork before school was done so it will be available this week. Please contact Coach Smith with any questions.
