KHS Juniors and Seniors,
Opportunities for Start College Now and Early College Credit are coming up soon. These programs allow you to take college courses while still in high school.
Here are a few important requirements:
Minimum 2.5 GPA.
The class cannot be one already offered at Kickapoo.
You must have successfully completed an online high school course with at least a C average.
You should be ready for the challenge of a college course based on your prior academic success.
Cost: The school covers the tuition. However, if you fail the course or drop it after the deadline, you will be responsible for paying for it.

The deadline to submit paperwork is Wednesday, October 1st.
Clarification- the October 1st deadline is for students to be able to take a college course during the spring school semester- Spring 2026. There will THEN be a March 1st deadline and that will be for students to take courses during the Fall of 2026.
If students are interested in CNA courses, this would be a time to get your form in.
