Dear elementary parents/guardians,
Our annual winter concert will be on Wednesday, December 12th @ 2:00 p.m. in the school auditorium! Family and friends are welcome. This year we are presenting Warm Winter Wishes, a story based on the Miser brothers who have a long standing disagreement about what temperature is the best during the winter season. Each class will present some delightful songs to sway our characters one way or another.
The concert is meant to be a fun experience where the students can showcase what they have learned. While they are encouraged to act professionally (for their age) our hope is that the students have a positive experience in learning and performing music, and grow in their singing, playing and acting abilities. Please remember, they also learn from you as their audience.
Students should wear their best clothes for the concert. They will be dancing and moving on stage, so please be mindful of this when choosing outfits.
Due to limited seating, middle/high school siblings of students will not be allowed in the auditorium to watch the concert, but may watch the concert via live stream in another room. Those students will need parent permission to do so. We want to have enough seating for parents and grandparents. Videos and pictures are allowed, though should be done discreetly without disturbing others.
We are very excited to present all the hard work and energy the students having been giving for this production. We hope to see you all in a few weeks and thank you for your support!
